\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\nThe new Arzignano-Montecchio Maggiore hospital facility will be completed under a project financing agreement. CMB, with its subsidiary Arcoservizi and together with the companies Siram Veolia, Gelmini, and Coopservice, has been awarded the executive design of the works, which will be carried out by a design team coordinated by Studio THEMA, and their subsequent construction and management. This is the second phase of the redevelopment project of the entire hospital for the ULSS 8 Berica of Veneto region<\/b>, which has been underway since 2018 and sees CMB already engaged in carrying out the first phase.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n
With the first construction phase, the project called for some parts of the building to be rendered, at the end of the works, without interior design so that it can be set up with furniture and electro-medical equipment, to be activated once the entire project has been completed. The second construction phase will involve the completion of these parts, in particular the operating block, radiology and auditorium, as well as the upgrading of the intensive care facilities, delivery rooms and hall.<\/b> Moreover, the construction of new buildings will proceed through two construction macro-phases.<\/p>\n
The agreement also provides for the supply and management of furniture and equipment: particular attention has been paid to the solutions relating to the bed head unit of ordinary hospital wards and to the patient lift in order to make them more versatile, functional and hygienic. The bed head unit, for example, has been transformed into a vertical technical element for utilities and integrated by a wall unit with two shelves for personal effects. This solution allows great flexibility in the destinations of use<\/b>, taking into account the need for possible readaptations due to Covid or future emergencies. In fact, the element has been designed to allow the hospital rooms to be converted from ordinary to semi-intensive in a short time and in a non-invasive way<\/b> by replacing the expanded version of the vertical technical element with a simple adjustment of the furniture components.<\/p>\n

Reliability, availability, cutting-edge technology and sustainability: these are the factors that have guided the ATI of the maintenance managers of the new hospital facility for the energy service and maintenance of the buildings works, installations, furnishings and electro-medical equipment, for a duration of over 20 years.
