CMB confirms a sustainable growth strategy for the coming years<\/strong>, also thanks to the strengthening of the organisational and financial structure. \u201cWe are moving towards optimisation of the integration processes between the various operating areas, besides towards an enhancement of know-how in the construction, facility management, systems and engineering departments\u201d the Chairman, Carlo Zini, underlined. \u201cWe are aiming for a period of strong growth, driven by the enhancement of the integrated Construction & Services offer and the exportation of our products of excellence to foreign markets.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The main objective is to take revenues to over 630 million euros in 2020<\/strong>, with an average annual growth of 7% thanks to a substantial portfolio of orders, standing at around 3 billion, and which will see the carrying out of a number of large orders in Italy and abroad. From a commercial point of view, the intention to export CMB specialisations is confirmed, particularly in the hospital sector and in the construction of tall buildings<\/strong>, in countries where competition is based on the quality of the offer, such as Denmark. With regards to the national market, in order to maintain its positioning on the market, acquisitions of new works for 530 million per year are expected, focusing, in particular, on large private clients and on infrastructures.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The Group\u2019s operating profit is expected to grow in line with the trend in revenues, consolidating the strong recovery in margins in the constructions department. All this will be accomplished with a solid capital structure and a limited level of borrowing, lower than the average in the sector<\/strong> and which has constantly fallen in the last six years. As a result, the invested capital of the Group should fall by around 2% in the three-year period, despite the increase in turnover.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

A number of large projects are currently progressing at full speed in Italy, such as the Pordenone Hospital, the Libeskind Tower for CityLife and Unipol\u2019s new headquarters to a design by the architect, Cucinella, in Milan<\/strong>, while \u2013 with the design phase completed \u2013 the building site for the university hospital in Odense in Denmark<\/strong> should get under way in summer 2019.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The 2019 Budget and updating of the 2018-2020 Business Plan were presented on Saturday 16 February at CMB\u2019s offices<\/h2>\n
