acquisition and valorization of the Monumental Complex of Santa Chiara
, in the old town of Pisa. The procedure is announced through the company Nuovo Santa Chiara Hospital S.c.a.r.l., which has been entrusted with the role of promoter.
Outstanding for its size of over ten hectares, development, and architectural quality, the Santa Chiara Complex is a unique and monumental site, an architectural landmark of the Piazza dei Miracoli, which, along with the Leaning Tower, is among the most visited and well -known monuments in the world. The Monumental Complex, which has been used as a hospital for centuries, will cease its function as a healthcare facility starting from the completion of the construction works of the new hospital in Cisanello. The aim of the development is the complete regeneration of this part of the city, with the creation of an intelligent, sustainable, efficient and innovative district, capable of guaranteeing a high quality of life for its inhabitants.
