CMB and Valtellina launch JVectra

CMB Società Cooperativa Muratori e Braccianti of Carpi and Valtellina S.p.A. have announced the formation of JVectra S.r.l., a new joint venture owned 60% by CMB and 40% by Valtellina

. The company has its registered office in Carpi and its operational headquarters in Bergamo, at the Kilometro Rosso innovation district. JVectra was founded with a clear mission: to develop advanced technological solutions for complex infrastructure, with a priority focus on data centers, the hospital and healthcare sectors, strategic public administration assets, major industrial players and large logistics hubs.

By combining the two partners’ complementary expertise in infrastructure and technology, JVectra will be able to develop, deliver and manage complex turnkey projects, integrating civil works, plant engineering, IT systems, networking, monitoring platforms, IoT solutions and sensors, software applications, telecommunications and energy management. The company positions itself as a strategic partner for the transition to innovative solutions, tailored to specific contexts and developed according to an ethical, responsible and sustainable approach.
The creation of JVectra addresses a specific market need: accelerating the adoption of enabling technologies capable of transforming buildings and infrastructure into smart, interconnected ecosystems through a comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach focused on advanced process management.

“JVectra was born from the conviction that the future of infrastructure increasingly depends on integrating different areas of expertise through digitalization and the use of artificial intelligence. We have combined CMB’s history and strength in complex construction and services with Valtellina’s undisputed leadership in telecommunications and systems integration, opening up to an innovative and complementary segment: high-value-added technological plant engineering, with a structure designed to grow, completing the project started with V4B Systems.”
Roberto Davoli, Chairman and General Manager of CMB Società Cooperativa.

“Choosing to locate our operational headquarters at Kilometro Rosso is not symbolic: it means viewing innovation as a driver of growth, not an option. It is a step that strengthens our ability to compete in sectors with higher technological complexity, while remaining firmly rooted in our experience.”
Mauro Talamona, Director of CMB’s Healthcare Construction and Plant Engineering Business Unit and Chairman of JVectra S.r.l.

“With this joint venture, we are adding a new piece to Valtellina’s industrial expansion and evolution plan, confirming our determination to grow in markets with higher technological and infrastructural content. The partnership with CMB, one of Italy’s leading construction operators and a key player in delivering complex works, represents a highly valuable element for the solidity and ambition of the project. Together, we can offer the market an integrated and distinctive proposition for data centers, digital infrastructure and critical assets, pooling complementary expertise, execution capacity and a long-term vision.”
Marzia Ostuni, CEO of Valtellina S.p.A. and Vice Chairman of JVectra S.r.l.
