C.M.B. cooperative society, in execution of the delegation provided for by the Urban Planning Agreement signed by Notary Paolo Fenoaltea, Repertory no. 46412 Collection no. 27912, has assumed the role of
Contracting Station for the Primary Urbanization and Hydraulic Mitigation works in deduction of the Urbanization costs and the Extraordinary Contribution relating to the Integrated Private Initiative Program of Via Selva Candida, Municipio XIV of Roma Capitale.
As Contracting Station, it proceeded with the tender through a restricted procedure pursuant to art. 76 of Legislative Decree no. 36 of 31 March 2023 aimed at the stipulation of a contract for the construction of works above the community threshold, with the criterion of the O.E.P.V. (most economically advantageous offer identified on the basis of the best quality/price ratio) pursuant to art. 108 of Legislative Decree 36/2023 and the definitive awarding of the works.
