CMB is the promoter of the new Gaslini hospital
The joint venture led by CMB, together with Mieci of the Renovit Group, the largest Italian energy efficiency company; Arcoservizi, a company controlled by CMB and specialized in the heat management field; with the design of the Mythos consortium, was selected as Promoter for the concession contract of the construction and the modernization of the IRCCS Gaslini Hospital in Genova.
The project involves a deep reorganization of the entire Hospital in order to guarantee a child-friendly, efficient, advanced high-tech hospital, open to innovation and research.
In particular, the works will consist of the ex-novo construction of Pavilion Zero, together with the extraordinary maintenance and re-functionalization of pavilions dedicated to healthcare activities, as well as complementary services and hard facility management services, including the supply of energy carriers.
The intensive-care functions will be located in Pavilion Zero and will be equipped with a flexible and welcoming architecture, designed with the highest construction standards. The project aims to provide the city of Genova with a sustainable, environmentally friendly, welcoming and strongly future-oriented hospital.
