On January 25, in Florence, the new tramway line, Variante Alternativa Centro Storico (Vacs), was inaugurated. In the weeks leading up to the inauguration, the construction site underwent a pre-operational phase with a series of track tests, during which the vehicles ran at full capacity.

CMB, pursuant to the delegation provided for by the Urban Planning Agreement executed by Notary Paolo Fenoaltea, Repertory no. 46412 Collection no. 27912, has assumed the role of Contracting Authority for the Primary Urbanization and Hydraulic Mitigation interventions in deduction of the Urbanization costs and the Extraordinary Contribution of the Integrated Private Initiative Program of Via Selva Candida in Rome.

Work has begun on the construction of tramline 3.2.1 Libertà-Bagno a Ripoli. Following the start of preliminary road resurfacing works, which will be used as alternative routes during construction, the actual construction works have now commenced. These include the clearance of wartime debris from the site where the park-and-ride facility will be built in Bagno a Ripoli.

CMB, Finso, Consorzio Integra and CMSA have started the acquisition and valorization of the Monumental Complex of Santa Chiara, in the old town of Pisa. The procedure is announced through the company Nuovo Santa Chiara Hospital.
