Even though the macroeconomic situation is being threatened by multiple factors, CMB, the fourth-largest construction company in Italy, is still on a growth trajectory and achieving record levels in the company. The company’s preliminary turnover in 2022 was 707 million euros, and it is aiming for 730 million euros in 2023.

On 15 November, in Carpi in the province of Modena, Italy, CMB, Kieback&Peter, and Pro-Soft founded V4B Systems Srl. The mission is to functionally integrate Building Automation and large-scale digitised projects, establishing an effective exchange of skills and developing more innovative and efficient buildings and infrastructures.

The joint venture led by CMB, together with Mieci of the Renovit Group, the largest Italian energy efficiency company; Arcoservizi, a company controlled by CMB and specialized in the heat management field; with the design of the Mythos consortium, was selected as Promoter for the concession contract of the construction and the modernization of the IRCCS Gaslini Hospital in Genova.
